Job Summary
Finance Leader / Plant Controller
We're looking for a Finance Leader / Plant Controller to partner with operations and commercial leadership to drive financial and operational performance across one or more facilities.
What you'll do:
- Partner with leadership to support strategy and improve performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze results vs. plan and deliver actionable insights
- Track KPIs and drive data-based decision-making
- Assess profitability, costs, and capital investments
- Support month-end close and ensure accurate, compliant reporting
- Identify risks, cost savings, and process improvements
What you bring:
- 5+ years in finance/accounting/FP&A
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional leaders
